The Vendor is required to provide to retain the services of a marketing communications agency in designing and carrying out advertising campaigns for the company’s two brands.
- Design and carry out impactful, effective, and original advertising and promotional campaigns aligned with the brands and geared towards target audiences.
- This work includes strategic analyses, advisory functions, making campaign recommendations upstream, downstream, and midstream, concept development, copywriting and English-language adaptation, print and digital production, and post-campaign reporting and postmortems.
- Campaigns may be carried out in French and/or English, or any other language, based on the Company’s needs.
- Contribute to strategic marketing development by assigning senior marketing experts to that end.
- Create and produce site displays to promote the Company’s products.
- Carry out effective, entirely digital campaigns in English and French and make keyword purchases. This work may include strategic analyses, advisory functions, making campaign recommendations upstream, downstream, and midstream, production of digital materials, and ongoing campaign optimization.
- Plan, make, and maximize the value of media placements, negotiate agreements, develop production and campaign timelines and deadlines, ensure delivery of materials, follow up with media outlets involved, and manage relations with Union des artistes.
- Carry out video production and editing to ensure a variety of content of varying lengths to increase the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
- Advise the Company about new digital trends and new legislation and offer training support to the marketing team on certain aspects.
- SEO expertise: Make recommendations to increase the brand reputation, technical soundness, performance, and user experience (UX) of the Company’s websites. Carry out SEO-oriented copywriting of site content.
- Email marketing: Make recommendations relating to email mail-out strategies and the performance of the Company’s databases.
- Contribute to idea development for promotions, site displays, and promotional events.
