Photography Services

The vendor is required to provide photography in the areas of project management, design of communications projects, the product development process, technical capability.
- Photography services
•    Provide direction to the photographer regarding the timeline, budget, quality, and content of the product, and the expected format of the deliverable (electronic, hard copy etc.).
•    The photographer's work will be supervised and checked for accuracy by the municipality project lead. 
•    The approval process will be used to ensure the creation of products reflecting appropriate, consistent and integrated messaging while supporting existing corporate branding and standards.
•    Photographer to be able to respond quickly to these requests within a tight timeframe.
•    There may also be an internal sign-off process that may require the photographer to make a number of edits or touch ups.
•    Photographers must be available to communicate (by phone, e-mail or video conference) with the municipality's staff during business hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. year-round.
- Product development process
•    The municipality's project lead will provide the photographers with approvals for the final product in writing (via e-mail).
- Technical capability and services
•    Provide all photography equipment required for projects.
•    Potentially setting up lighting and preparing area where photography will take place.
•    Photographers may be required to produce and deliver final color-corrected images in the following possible formats:
o    JPG format
o    TIFF format
o    PNG format
o    Possible other formats if requested.
•    Prior to delivery of an invoice, the photographer must verify that the final images meet the needs of the municipality. 
•    Image need to be color-corrected or otherwise edited; the photographer will work with the municipality to ensure the final files are clearly identified as final. 
•    Understand and agree that the final images will belong to the municipality and can be used freely by the municipality. 
•    Possible, the municipality will credit the photographer.
