Strategic Advisory Services

The Vendor is required to provide to identify consultants with the expertise to support the development of business enhancement strategies.
- These strategies should include value creation; be achievable within a two to three-year timeframe; be based in state; and leverage agency existing core competencies
- Successful respondents will have a proven track record of working with crown corporations or similarly structured organizations that are comparable to, or larger than, agency.
- They will demonstrate their expertise in identifying, refining, and delivering business initiatives, and have experience with significant projects.
