The vendor is required to provide marketing agency services to support marketing, communications and digital presence and strategy, the successful respondent shall deliver services to strategize, develop, implement and evaluate integrated brand programs and associated marketing campaigns using mass and direct response advertising (using traditional and digital mediums), experiential marketing and support earned media (public relations) to support agency business.
- Account management
• Account management is required for all promotional and advertising campaigns across paid, owned and earned touchpoints.
• Services are required throughout a campaign that may include strategy, design, development, deployment and measurement and maintenance phases for brand, acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns.
• The successful respondent shall provide media planning, buying, trafficking and measurement on performance.
• For some campaigns and promotions, there may be some services that will be managed by the agency other vendors where collaboration with the contractor is critical.
• These will be identified in the detailed scope of work on a per campaign or promotion basis.
• The successful respondent shall be engaged on a per campaign basis with standard campaign briefing documents.
• Management of the day-to-day administration of the contracted work related to the requirements of the contract shall be the responsibility of the successful respondent; however, the agency will review and approve all elements of the work.
• Ongoing activities associated with administration, strategy, creative services, vendor management and contract administration that include but are not limited to:
o Timely updates and facilitation of bi-weekly client status meetings;
o High-level quoting on campaign renewals and anticipated projects;
o Financial management including time tracking, project billing and budget control reports;
o Agency campaign post-mortems (look back, look forwards);
o Ad hoc requests not covered under a pre-existing estimate;
o Monitoring industry trends relating to the categories;
o Consulting with company stakeholders and third-party vendors, as required;
o Review and evaluation of existing contracts with third-party and other vendors as necessary;
o Facilitate internal approvals to ensure legal, financial and insurance processes are adhered to;
o Administrative services including vendor management, contract administration, invoice processing and billing; and
o Correspondence between external vendors, clients, and internal teams as required.
- Brand development
• Develop new or build upon existing agency brand strategies and creating a unique name, logo, and symbol to differentiate a business or product from others in the market.
• Develop or update brand platforms as required.
• Develop strategies to strengthen the agency corporate and sub brands and solidify them under one umbrella.
• Branding may be used to increase awareness, build trust, build customer loyalty, convey value, set expectations or set the tone for agency culture.

- Campaigns, promotions and program development support
• Strategize, develop, execute, traffic and measure campaigns and promotions using paid and earned media, in a variety of channels to support business and communications objectives; and
• Support the development of marketing communication materials as required.
- Media management
• Planning, buying, trafficking and evaluation in new, traditional and digital channels;
• Channels to market;
• Mass advertising (traditional and digital);
• Onsite marketing;
• Online, agency owned websites; social media support and strategy; and
• Earned media and public relations.
- Reporting and tracking:
• Provide advertising key performance indicators (KPIS) for both mass and direct marketing activities;
• Provide analysis based on campaign performance and insights and provide a report back for each campaign or promotion;
• Track performance and response rates (standard KPIS for all media and comparing to industry benchmarks).
• Digital performance may include emails, texts, and social media;
• Collect data across all touchpoints to aggregate into reports that ensures all creative and media communications are optimized during the campaign when possible; and
• Assess performance post-campaign and apply insights for future campaigns.
