The Vendor is required to provide consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive compensation and classification study and pay equity analysis.
- Study is to ensure that our compensation structure is competitive, equitable, and aligned with industry standards, and aids in employee retention while maintaining cost control.
• Conducting a market analysis of salaries and benefits for comparable positions within similar counties, cities, towns and private sector organizations in state.
• Evaluating the internal equity of current salary structures.
• Analysis and recommendations should include benefits as part of each position’s overall compensation package and the value these benefits provide to our workforce.
• Providing recommendations for salary adjustments, pay scales, and benefit enhancements.
• Assessing job descriptions and classifications in relation to compensation.
• Developing a strategy for maintaining competitive compensation in the long term.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
