Classifications and Best Management Practices Project Services

The vendor is required to provide that classifications and best management practices (BMP) project services for include:
1. Project management
• Coordination with lead agency.
• Participating agencies meeting coordination a. Kick-off meeting
b. Quarterly meetings
c. One-on-one technical assistance
• Monthly reports: consultant shall submit a monthly report to west basin. the monthly report shall include
a. Summary of work completed by task
b. List of planned activities for the upcoming month
c. Percent complete and budget status summary
d. Updated project schedule
e. Monthly invoice
2. CII classification
• Data collection
a. Collection of needed data from external sources
• Classification of all CII parcels within lead agency service area.
a. As described in (CCR § 972)
b. Discussion with lead agency on parcels difficult to classify, as needed
3. Bmp toolbox and implementation
• Data collection
a. Incorporation of CII classification data (task 2.b)
b. Collection of regulation-relevant data from:
i. Lead agency
ii. Respective participating agencies
• Bmp document development
a. Coordination with lead agency on bmp document and language
• Bmp implementation recommendations and one-on-one meetings
a. Meeting with individual participating agency
i. Presentation of data study and implementation schedule for CII BMPs
ii. Discussion on which of the approved BMPs to implement per classification
type, considering collected data
iii. Presentation of template bmp document and language
• Bmp document delivery
a. All documents needed communicate with CII customers
4. guidance plan for participating agencies
• Recommendations for maintaining CII classification
• Recommendations and resources for applying BMPs to future customers
5. Other framework compliance activities (optional).
