The vendor is required to provide professional to conduct a demographic study and analysis of student enrollment patterns, as well as boundary analysis.
- Provide reliable enrollment projections for all attendance areas.
- The selected vendor will compile and analyze the data needed to develop a comprehensive demographic and enrollment projection study that forecasts population and household growth in the district from 2025-2030.
- The study should provide detailed demographic information about the district as a whole and about the individual attendance zones within the district.
- The study should breakdown enrollment projections by year, grade, and school, including socioeconomic, racial and ethnic characteristics of students.
- The district is also seeking boundary planning services to improve school capacity utilization.
