The Vendor is required to provide to complete individual property surveys funded through the town and the government program.
- Provide homeowners with information about their property and help residents understand the importance of historic resources.
- Provide all labor, materials and equipment to provide individual property surveys for each property.
- Attend a required initial meeting, before commencing work, with the division staff and town district commission representative(s).
- Assist the town in creating a postcard describing the project that will be sent to all property owners within the survey area.
- Also hold one public meeting with the commission to educate the commission on the surveys.
