Citizen Survey Services

The Vendor is required to provide regularly surveys residents about their opinions on topics such as quality of life, service delivery, civic participation and unique issues of local interest.
- These periodic surveys offer elected officials and town management with an opportunity to evaluate services and programs, identify challenges and plan for improvements.
- The consultant must explain the benefits and limitations of various survey research methods.
- The consultant will recommend and justify sampling size and surveying method(s) to ensure at least a 95% confidence interval.
- The survey shall be designed to coordinate with the international city/county management association center for performance measurement data collection with topics including but not limited to the quality of life, town government performance, town goals, policy issues, public opinion of potential issues, and citizen communication.
- The survey will be required to be conducted in English and Spanish. 
- The survey instrument used in the previous citizen survey must be updated to reflect new services provided by the town.
- The survey should also be weighted to reflect the demographic profile of all residents in the town
- The consultant in implementing the survey, provide postal addresses for residents and the geographic boundaries of the municipal boundaries.
