Casino Fiscal Impact Study Services

The Vendor is required to provide to conduct an independent professional analysis of a fiscal impact study.
- The county and the town shall engage a consultant to undertake an independent analysis of the continuing and anticipated future impacts, burdens, and costs upon the county and the town related to the casino.
- In addition, the consultant will address the following areas:
•    An analysis of the geographic sources of revenue for the casino operations as compared with the geographic distribution of said revenue to benefit community services and operations;
•    An analysis of community initiatives resulting from casino revenues;
•    An in-depth analysis of 911 calls, past and present, related specifically to service to the casino, subsequent responses and associated fiscal burdens, and,
•    Direct and indirect fiscal burdens resulting from the casino currently and in the future.
