The Vendor is required to provide to conduct full-service research projects, meaning they manage the design, recruitment, execution and reporting of each study in order to deliver valuable customer insights.
- Studies may be conducted across a number of audiences that may include residents of state or nearby states, visitors and/or potential visitors to county and/or the tidelands, tenants, and/or employees.
- The District requires quantitative research on an as-needed basis.
- Quantitative skills would include: questionnaire design and validation, multivariate analysis, analyzing large data sets, statistical analysis, and data visualization through methodologies that may include but are not limited to the following approaches:
• Public survey management (intercept, telephone, online, or any combination)
• Segmentation
- Qualitative Consumer Research
• One-on-One interviews
• Ethnography
• Focus Groups (in-person and/or online)
• Journey Mapping
• Online Research Community.
