Professional Land Surveying Services

The vendor required to provide professional land surveying services on an “on-call” basis.
- Work tasks may include, but may not be limited to:
•    Performing highway-boundary or property-boundary research
•    Establishing project baselines and control points (horizontal and vertical) using GPS coordinates
•    Performing construction stake-out and grading
•    Performing boundary surveys and installing boundary markers
•    Performing topographic surveys for engineering design projects
•    Preparing right-of-way acquisition maps, including deed descriptions
•    Preparing metes and bounds descriptions for existing or new parcels
•    Performing utility location surveys to establish line and grade of subsurface utilities.
