The Vendor is required to provide for environmental document review and planning services.
- These services may include the following tasks:
• Peer review of biological surveys, reports, documentation, and other work submitted by project applicants, including initial study biological assessments, coastal initial study biological assessments, least damaging environmental alternatives analyses, and mitigation plans in compliance with county requirements.
• May conduct site visits and/or coordinate with state agencies as directed by county staff.
• Attend and deliver presentations at public hearings before the planning director, planning commission, and/or board of supervisors.
• Attend additional meetings with county staff, applicant team, other agencies, stakeholders, and/or members of the public.
• The offeror is invited to offer additional optional services at their discretion based upon relevant experience and background.
• Provide and prepare ordinance and policy amendments, revisions, and updates.
• Implement general plan or other county land use programs.
• Attend and deliver presentations at public hearings before the planning director, cultural heritage board, planning commission, and/or board of supervisors.
• Attend meetings with county staff, applicant team, other agencies, stakeholders, and/or members of the public.
• Optional, if able: as part of county-initiated projects, conduct land use and economic analyses
• And feasibility studies (such as in-lieu and/or mitigation fee studies, land value studies, market
