The vendor is required to provide that scanning services to enter into a services contract with a qualified vendor capable of scanning as many as 200,000 pages of documents within 365 days.
- Each document needs to be prepped, scanned, indexed, and formatted for import into paper vision.
- Scanning must be in color and delivered in a multi-page pdf format,
- Images delivered on a hard drive,
- Microfilm roll creation per box,
- All original documents returned to archives in boxes in the manner in which they were received.
