Public Access Microfilm Equipment Services

The vendor is required to provide for the supply of public access microfilm equipment services.
- Services include:
•    Must be capable of scanning microfiche and minimum 35/16mm microfilm. 
•    Must be equipped with a minimum 18 megapixels color camera. 
•    Must have a minimum output resolution of 300 dpi without software interpolation. 
•    Supported file formats must include jpeg, tiff (single, multipage) pdf (single, multi-page), and pdf/a (single, multi-page). 
•    Must be compliant with a FADGI 3-star rating for “documents (unbound): general collections” (may 2023 technical guidelines for digitizing cultural heritage materials, third edition).
•    Must have OCR capability.
•    Must minimally be equipped with 64 bit windows 11 pro OS.
•    Intel core i7--13700, 16 GB ram, and USB 3.1 gen2 + USB-C.
