As Built and Facility Scanning Services

The Vendor is required to provide scanning services, accurate as-built drawings and an accurate revit model for the department energy, transportation and asset management agency facility located at state.
- The facility is a one-story building with approximately 23,600 SF. 
- Most of the facility is office space with a mechanics shop with open bays for large vehicles attached. 
- The entire exterior, including the roof, and interior spaces should be scanned using a Leica RTC360 high-density laser scanner or approved equal.
- Services include:
•    AutoCAD department and PDF files of the following shall be provided:
o    Floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, mechanical, electrical, plumbing plans, and roof plans.
o    All plans shall have room names and numbers.
•    An Interactive 360-degree panoramic photo key plan shall be provided of all rooms.
•    Photos of the fixed assets which require routine maintenance shall be provided with the file names matching the asset names provided by department.
•    An As-Built Revit 2024 Model is to be provided in an agreed upon template with all assets identified. A department template will be used upon request.
•    Registered LiDAR Point Cloud generated by Leica RTC360 terrestrial laser scanner or equal.
•    The high-density laser scanner must be capable of providing measurements every 3mm (at 10 m) with the accuracy of ~1.9 mm.
•    Geo-referencing, incorporating point cloud into local NAD83 coordinates.
- Revit Model
•    LOD 300: Detailed representation of the model listing all the fixed assets with detailed information, including the manufacture and model numbers.
•    All room names and numbers and door numbers shall be included in the model.
•    The Revit model(s) shall include all walls, windows, doors, HVAC equipment, electrical items, plumbing items, and fire safety items.
