Document Evidence Imaging System

The Vendor is required to provide a questioned document evidence (QDE) imaging system at our security processing center, located at state.
- The use of such established, proven technology helps ensure operator familiarity, court admissibility and assists in sharing information with other law enforcement departments.
- Long-term support is assured by unlimited free technical support by phone or email and free software updates for as long as the agency owns the machine.
- Required technical specification of the device must be:
•    8MP single-camera system with 20X zoom, producing 130X magnification on 27” 4K monitor.
•    All LED lighting with no lamps to replace.
•    Field of view minimum of 384mm.
•    Live imaging of Letter/A4-sized documents.
•    Removable base to view larger items.
•    Pulsed 365nm UV LEDs for differentiating phosphorescent security features.
•    Integration with Keeping reference document databases
•    IPI decoding of live camera images.
•    3D imaging software and hardware
•    Compatible with networked document examination software.
•    Optional motorized XY stage
•    Optional Gemalto facial recognition software
