Microfilm Conversion Services

The vendor is required to provide microfilm conversion to a digital format. 
- Provide a schedule for how long it will take to digitize all of the microfilm in an industry standard format, preferably pdf format.
- The contractor shall ensure that the conversion and scanning process does not damage or destroy the original microfilm records.
- The microfilm and an encrypted portable hard disk (HDD) for the contractor to pick up.
- Contractor shall pickup and secure a one-month batch of microfilms and the portable HDD for department each month. 
- Each microfilm roll measures 16mm x 100ft and estimated to carry 2,500 images.
- Department has approximately 1,900 rolls of microfilm for conversion and scanning.
