- Must provide a minimum of 6 user logins and allow the users to connect an unlimited amount of social media accounts.
- Must provide a social media listening tool with a minimum of 5 saved search queries and pulls all posts containing said content, with the ability to include and exclude certain words and phrases.
- Must provide social media listening email alert functionality that allows users to identify which alerts they would like to receive.
- Must provide an AI tool that generates copy for posts, ads, and alt text.
- Must provide a publicly shareable link to analytics reporting that allows stakeholders to view the data without requiring an account or login.
- Must include internal tagging capabilities that allow users to organize, categorize, or assign content and tasks among team members.
- Must provide one on one coaching, certification courses, and training opportunities.
- Must have 24/7 customer support and guided onboarding.
