The Vendor is required to provide public communication, social media, and brand management firm to enhance its visibility and strengthen its relationship with the community.
- This project includes the planning and implementation of integrated communications efforts across traditional media, digital platforms, and community-based outreach.

• Provide media relations support, including press releases and crisis communication if needed.
- Public communication strategy
• Develop an annual communication plan tailored to the city market.
• Draft and distribute press releases and newsletters.
• Assist in media relations and local media outreach.
• Work with targeted neighborhoods to push out city information in neighborhood newsletters.
- Social media management
• Audit and optimize existing social media accounts.
• Create a monthly content calendar and publish content across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).
• Monitor engagement and provide performance analytics.
- Brand management
• Refresh or refine brand positioning in alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop consistent messaging, tone, and visual style.
• Support collateral creation (e.g., brochures, banners, ads).

• Assist in organizing and promoting public events and campaigns.
