The vendor is required to provide social media management platform that will enable centralized administration, oversite, and coordination of the city’s official social media accounts.
1. Social publishing
• Connect to 20 or more social media accounts from various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Single sign-on (SSO) support using SAML or oauth2 protocols.
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all user and administrator access

• Provide a preview of each post for each platform before scheduling or publishing.

• Integrate with web links allowing users to create a vanity URL or bitly link within each post draft.
• Create or edit social media assets directly including:
o Creating linked posts
o Editing images, including pre-sized options for each platform
o Integration with stock media libraries and design tools
o Drafting Facebook and Instagram stories
o Integration of AI tools for drafting post captions, suggesting relevant hashtags, or generating basic image and video ideas based on input.
o Including accessibility supports such as allt--text to images and captions for videos
• Provide all available tools to post on platforms that are currently offered.
• Include near future updates as well.
2. Activity dashboard and communication management
• Host an unlimited number of users.
• Add or delete users as needed.
• Provide unique user passwords for each account.
• Provide role-based access control with different levels of permissions based on user requirements.
• Support the creation of team-based access and collaborative environments to facilitate efficient

• Enable the creation of an unlimited number of customizable reports to generate actionable insight across a wide range of performance indicators, including post-performance reach and effectiveness, publishing, video, engagement, sentiment trends, audience interaction and demographic breakdowns.
• This functionality should support data driven decision making and facilitate strategic planning.

• Provide standard reporting templates.

• Create, manage and optimize paid advertisements across multiple channels.

5. Customer support and education tools
• Provide 24/7 real-time customer support and dedicated contact during emergencies.
