Social Media and Online Background Screening Services

The vendor is required to provide social media and online background screening services as part of the agency applicant background investigation process. 
•    Comprehensive social media and online presence screening
•    Behavioral risk screening categories
•    Customization and filtering
•    Candidate report generation
•    System access and support
•    Data security and retention
o    The vendor shall retain all records, reports, and associated data resulting from social media background screenings for a period not to exceed three (3) years from the date of report generation. 
o    After this retention period, all data, whether stored digitally or physically, must be permanently purged from the vendor’s systems and any affiliated storage environments.
- Services should include the following:
•    Screening major social media and public platforms
•    Flagging illegal activity, hate speech, violence, harassment, etc.
•    Clear, downloadable reports with links and screenshots
•    Dashboard with multiple users and dedicated support
•    Industry-standard data security protocols.
