The Vendor is required to provide to enhance communication with audiences that includes residents, businesses, and visitors, fosters community engagement, and provides timely and reliable dissemination of information.
- Development of annual communications calendar with planned messaging.
• Calendar to include monthly services and deliverables schedule.
- Standardization of village’s communication style
• Use brand standard fonts, colors and imagery.
• Develop and employ a warm, inviting written communication style that emphasizes being informative.
- Social Media/Web Postings
• Construct and launch a Facebook account.
• Create content and post a minimum of 15 times a month, plus additional regularly scheduled posts regarding Village meetings.
• Supplement Village images with new photography and related stock imagery.
• Coordinate the capturing of images from various Village events.
• Monitor, maintain, and respond to inquiries; collaborate with staff.
• Engage with partners’ social accounts to invite new audiences.

• Graphic design.
• Flyer or postcard development.
• Website maintenance.
• Assistance with press releases and media responses.
