The Vendor is required to provide youth social media campaign.
- The videos will include diverse information related to mental health specific to these communities, such as mental health diagnosis often found amongst immigrant communities, the mental health consequences of the Russian – Ukrainian war on its youth, a young lady dying within the custody Iran’s ‘morality police’ on its youth.
- The social media project can include Russian/Ukrainian, Arabic and Farsi speaking youth, young community leaders, social media influencers, celebrities, college students, popular sportsmen & sportswomen, social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, etc.
- The videos will be posted on various social media sites including TikTok, X formerly known as Twitter, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram and other social media networking platforms for a period of 6 months.
- Videos and posts will also include information related to mental health skills, coping strategies, techniques, and theories that help support individuals and families.
- The Consultant shall draft schedule for production of social media videos and posts and marketing:
• Mental health topic schedule for twenty (20) 30-second videos in aimed at Russian/ Ukrainian, Arabic and Farsi speaking community members, and delivered by Russian/Ukrainian, Arabic and Farsi speaking young adults & teenagers.
• Mental health topic schedule for seven (7) 30-second videos
• Marketing schedule for each video.
- Promotion or marketing/advertisement of this Project shall be conducted in person, via broadcast media, and/or social media by using flyers, posters, brochures, handouts, etc.
- Advertisements of the social media videos must be conducted at least two weeks prior to airing & must be rebooted on a daily basis.
- The advertainments can be posted on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc. & aired on several other social media sites.
- From the beginning of the project, including the initial marketing of the podcasts, the consultant must demonstrate an understanding of where and how to distribute the mental health videos to reach the intended target audiences most effectively (e.g., specific media and social media platforms).
- Flyers must provide participants with a way to request accommodations in advance (e.g., interpretation, translation, mobility support, dietary needs) to ensure accessibility and inclusion for all attendees.
- The consultant shall be solely liable and responsible for any and all social media posts.
- The consultant shall indemnify and hold harmless the county from and against any liabilities and costs arising from, connected with, or related to social media posts as part of this project.
- The consultant shall obtain consent from participants when applicable, including but not limited to: participation in data collection activities, photography/video, and/or the use of personal information for reporting purposes.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
