The Vendor is required to provide social media marketing services for agency.
- Provide for a marketing partner and social media specialist to expand its online reach and strengthen its reputation on key digital platforms by delivering strategic digital storytelling and impactful marketing assets, such as branded videos and custom graphics.
- Through cutting-edge research, advanced clinical care, technical innovation, and robust community partnerships, we restore hope and resilience for those who protect and serve.
- Our strategic priorities include becoming a nationally recognized leader in the prevention, mitigation, and treatment of trauma and district in high-risk populations including veterans, active-duty military personnel, first responders and survivors of mass violence and mass casualties.
- This includes expanding our training efforts past peer support training and mental health awareness training to include resilience and team resilience, expanding our efforts to mitigate operational stress during and in the immediate aftermath of traumatic events, and expanding our intervention efforts to further improve treatment outcomes.
- All this work will be grounded in rigorous research to document their efficacy.
- Services includes three major components: Account Management; Social Media Management; and Marketing & Graphic Design Support.
- Account Management
• Proposing and implementing a social media strategy that elevates the exposure of agency to identified audiences via various social media channels.
• Generating measurable increases in social media coverage of agency expanding programs.
• Monthly calls with agency leadership and its public relations firm.
• Working in conjunction with the public relations firm to promote treatment programs, faculty, and research at agency.
• Routine performance monitoring across all digital channels and platforms.
- Social Media Management
• Developing and implementing, in close cooperation with agency and the public relations firm, a robust social media outreach targeting appropriate audiences on multiple social media platforms in a strategized communications flow that emphasizes engagement.
• Performing annual comprehensive social media audits and producing recommended updates and changes. Supporting implementation of related updates across all social media channels.
• Planning and maintaining agency social media calendar, including identification of key industry awareness dates and internal/organizational milestones.
• Producing consistent, engaging content across all social media platforms.
• Developing recommendations for social media community engagement and related implementation.
- Marketing & Graphic Design Support
• Reviewing, utilizing and updating existing branded visual assets and video materials for use on social media and web.
• Developing graphic design and other digital visual materials for marketing promotion across agency website and social media channels.
• Providing miscellaneous support for a variety of as-needed project areas, such as special events, legislative communications, and donor and stakeholder relations.
