AI solution

The Vendor is required to provide to procure an AI solution to assist with emergency management planning.
- Provide an easily accessible system whereas staff shall be trained to utilize the system within two months of contractor approval.
- Turns documents into a digital, automated, instant evaluation.
- Library of knowledge, including evaluations for guidelines such as agency cpg 101, ESFS, hazard mitigation plans, wildfire protection plans, etc.
- Method to upload existing agency and other emergency documents and plans to utilize in other customizable plans of action.
- Must provide secure sites with remedy or solution for breach of information.
- Shall provide an account executive readily available to service agency and provide any updated information and trends for use of the system
- Provide a service whereas, response time for any system malfunction is addressed immediately with a timeline for the solution.
- Assists with the implementation of a fully functional system.
- In the case of cancellation or termination of contract by either party, agency shall ensure all data stored is retrievable by agency and removed from the system.
