Cloud Based Clinic Management Software

The Vendor is required to provide a cloud based software solution for our dental clinic to manage patient and student information.
- Service Provider will assign a competent project manager who has full authority to act for the Service
Provider and who will be college primary point of contact and coordination during the execution of the project.
- System include:
• Solution must be cloud-based for clinic management, patient management and student grading requirements.
• College would like to remove all paper based processes or reduce them greatly;
• Solutions must consider requirements from the commission on dental accreditation (coda), as well as be designed specifically to support dental hygiene and dental assisting in an academic setting while preparing our students for a long-term career;
• Patient scenarios (simulated) for student academics and educational/grading purposes should be included;
• HIPPA information must be able to be entered into system but protected for the patient and student;
• Must be able to maintain student grades on the treatment/completeness and must be protected as this is act information;
• The solution must include academic progress reports and evaluations for students and faculty;
• Ability to customize reports;
• Ability to upload images of x-rays;
• Ideally, we’d like for patient intake forms to be gathered on a tablet and treatment records to be captured on tablets and stored securely in the cloud;
• Ability to capture signatures for treatment plans for multiple forms;
• Must have user permission management
• Sync with google calendar for appointment reminders;
• SSO via SAML for sta;
• SCIM user provisioning or site license model (will not accept seat/user license model);
• Hosted, web-based SaaS solution (we will not accept RDP, VPN, desktop software);
• Critical data backed up on regular basis
• Ability to pull biographical information from county/colleague for student information;
• Ability to transfer data from current software (EagleSoft) and transfer to new system.
