Parking Management System

The vendor is required to provide a fully integrated, comprehensive digital parking management system along with a digital parking enforcement program.
- This includes a platform that will modernize utilization payment for parking on metered streets, on city parking lots and within the city’s parking garages.
• An easy and secure online mobile parking access and payment system that is payment card industry (“PCI”) compliant;
• Dashboard to provide real-time diagnostics and automated notification of system or network failures and interruptions;
• The ability for system administrators to create a customized geo-fenced parking zone for the community’s varying needs;
• Train-the-trainer training and maintain regular contact with the city’s identified system administrators to provide regular progress reports and make system adjustments as necessary;
• 24/7/365 technical support services for hardware and software;
• Up to date devices/hardware and/or software for parking enforcement officers to track vehicles in permit parking zones, issue tickets, and other related functions;
• Licensing to check permit status in real time through the use of a minimum of eight (8) handheld smart devices;
• Product must be fully compatible with a handheld ticket printer;
• Daily data file upload system for issued parking tickets into the city’s collection system;
• A free phone application platform for permittee to easily download parking permits; and
• The ability for system administrators to adjust the following system parameters:
o Number of permits available per resident based on geo-fenced parking zone;
o Permit expiration dates;
o Time limit in established parking zones; and
o Date range established parking zones are enforceable.
