The vendor is required to provide public announcement system for include:
• Two-way communication for classrooms
• Ability to address those with a hearing impairment
• Ability to overcome high-noise areas
• Ability to have pre-recorded announcements including remotely
• Ability to send an announcement on and off campus
• Battery backup should the power be compromised
• Ability to communicate with staff and students outside
• Can be moved to another location if needed
• Any warranty and any service agreements
• System supports sip or is sip - enabled
• FCC license for 1-3 years
• Training for school personnel to operate the system.
