The Vendor is required to provide mediasite video cloud (MVC), offers a robust and scalable SaaS solution, enabling organizations to easily create and share video content without managing infrastructure.
- The following is included with this package:
• Up to 1,500 hours of stored video, providing ample space for your extensive video library.
• Mediasite personal recording tools (video upload and Mediasite Capture) for up to 100 content creators.
• Up to 150 hours of AI-powered captioning and transcription credits (valid for 12 months), ensuring accessibility and discoverability of your videos.
• Up to 150 hours of AI credits (valid for 12 months) to use for powering advanced AI features like generating presentation summaries.
• Up to 50 concurrent live viewers, supporting large-scale events and viewership.
• Comprehensive administrative support, including 24x7 emergency phone support (e.g., site is unavailable, multiple users cannot log in, site-wide outages or streaming failures) and normal business hour support, providing peace of mind and reliable assistance.
• Add an additional 1,500 hours of content storage capacity to existing Mediasite Cloud subscriptions.
- On-Prem to Mediasite Video Cloud Migration is a service to migrate your existing Mediasite presentations to your new Mediasite Video Cloud (MVC) site.
- This service includes:
• Planning calls to plan and prepare for your migration to MVC.
• Follow up meetings to discuss the status of your migration project.
• Assistance with the cutover from your on-prem to new Mediasite Video Cloud.
• Advanced integrations with Enterprise Directories, Learning Management Systems or other systems may require additional professional service fees.
• Up to 10 hours of service is included with this offering.
• This service is performed remotely.
• Service expires 1 year from the purchase date.
