The vendor is required to provide phone system service provider, experienced in phone system implementation and service delivery for government organizations.
- Ideal organizations will have experience working with public health organizations and implementing phone services that serve the unique integration requirements with electronic health records (EHR), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, and faxing
- Phone system service provider to implement, migrate and support the telecommunications requirements of the department.
- Basic services must include hunt groups, auto attendant, after-hours call routing, remote call routing reconfiguration (weather and emergency events), voicemail to email, e-911, and multiple lines.
- Overhead or through-phone paging based on zones for buildings must require authenticated access to use this function.
- Call detail records (CDR); this reporting tool must provide detailed analysis for determining trends in call volume by time of day and location, dropped/lost calls, and quality of calls.
- Staff will receive training on phone system user actions and administrative activities.
- Training options include instructor-led, video-on-demand, and self-guided.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
