Leasing Administration Software and Maintenance

The vendor is required to provide to purchase lease administration software to help manage and automate the lifecycle of tenant lease agreements, track critical dates, payments, renewals, utilities and taxes.
- Software should be a cloud-based, cots (commercial off the shelf) solution.
- Provide a cots software program and maintenance and support for property lease management. 
- Solution should include data migration, an integrator, and training.
- The goal of the solicitation is to combine all accounting activities into one software system streamlining processes. 
- The new software should maintain the following:
• Lease documentation including start and end dates as well as annual increases to base rent and fees.
• Notifications of agreement milestones.
• Accounting documentation for lease billing and receipting.
• Document invoicing and receipting of utilities revenue.
• Provide reporting capabilities.
