The Vendor is required to provide for a continuous utility rate management software solution to support its public utilities fund, which provides water and sewer services to the community.
- Implement a tool that enables data-driven rate setting, revenue forecasting, and ongoing rate optimization.
- Software should provide the following core capabilities:
• Analyze historical data and trends: Import and analyze historical billing, consumption, and revenue data to identify patterns and inform decision-making.
