Clinical Skills and Clinical E Learning Services

The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive, interactive online clinical information and knowledge learning tool in health sciences for nursing and mental behavioral health professionals.
- Clinical skills and a learning platform, specialty collection, on-line nursing testing, digital learning materials and reference sources for actual case studies.
- This will support professional development and managing competency, to improve the quality, safety, and cost effectiveness of patient care.
- E-Learning tool shall be available for access, seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
- Provide a toll-free telephone number for technical support inquiries.
- Provide the name and email address of the designated contact responsible for troubleshooting database access issues for technical support inquiries initiated by sheriff's staff.
- Submit a brief description of each skills module.
- Submit the online program's sources of content.
- Offer staff training tools for the product being provided to include, but not limited to, step-by step instructions, tutorials, and virtual trainings.
- Transfer historical training records from the current clinical skills e-learning software to their platform and shall ensure that records remain accessible under this new contract.
- Provide an electronic learning (e-learning) tool focused on the following medical professional development skills modules:
• Accredited online continuing education (CE) nursing courses
• Evidenced-based practices
• Preceptor course
• Assignment of skills and perform assessments
• Transcript of training taken
• Train the trainer class
• Emergency nursing
• Peer review of content
