The vendor is required to provide student advising platform from the first point of interest through the recruitment, applicant, and enrollment funnel.
• To implement a student success platform as a comprehensive tool to support student recruitment, application, enrollment, success and retention.
o Ensure the ability to build and manage multiple applications and inquiry forms within the system including the ability to upload documents improving the college’s ability to attract, engage, and convert prospective students to its credit and non-credit programs.
o Provide robust reporting capabilities showing where students are in the enrollment funnel.
o Integrate prospective student records with enrolled student profiles for student lifecycle reporting.
o Ensure a structured onboarding process that provides students with clear, actionable, and timely information needed to start a successful college experience.
o Provide career exploration and planning tools to support guided pathways.
o Ensure a suite of academic advising and coaching tools.
o Ensure a comprehensive and dynamic academic planning and registration module.
o Provide a data driven, real time, early alert system that creates a connected and coordinated network of support students that allows navigators to provide targeted interventions to students.
• Ensure a robust student-centered communication suite of tools designed to improve the flow of information, enhance student engagement, and foster a sense of community across the campus focusing on delivering clear, personalized communication, addressing the needs of students in real-time, and ensuring they are empowered to succeed academically and socially.
• To ensure seamless integration with existing systems (e.g., student information system (sis), learning management system (LMS), etc.).
• To provide training, user support, and change management to ensure a smooth adoption by staff, faculty, and students.
• Provide a dedicated workspace for admissions and other student-recruitment staff with a customizable staff dashboard.
• Provide data analytics tools including predictive analytics which will allow faculty and staff to track student risk, academic performance and student progress as well as to provide data that will drive institutional decision making.
