The Vendor is required to provide uses a random moment time study (RMTS) to measure human service zone team member activities that are supervised by the divisions.
- The Random Moment in Time Study (RMTS) solution must provide and support a web-based tool to implement and support the solution.
- The system must be able to: create extensive reporting, add, delete, and inquire on a Human Service Zone Worker who will be participating in the Random Moment In Time study.
- The system must indicate which group the Human Service Zone worker is reporting for; Income Maintenance or Social Services.
- The system must collect additional information on the Human Service Zone worker that is necessary for this process; email, work schedule, supervisor name and email, and work schedule accommodations (M-F 6am - 6pm).
- The system must send requests within Human Service Zone Workers office hours.
- The system must notify Human Service Zone Worker through email to provide their random hit response.
- The system should provide a link in the email for easy access to the application for the Human Service Zone Workers.
- The system must allow the ability to suspend the reply if the Human Service Zone working is out of office.
- The system must track the Human Service Zone workers who have not entered their random hit response.
- The system must notify the Human Service Zone worker supervisor by email to inform them there has not been a reply in a set number of days.
- Upload from Microsoft Access all participating Human Service Zone workers currently participating.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
