Debt Management Software

The vendor is required to provide debt management software to assist the treasurer’s office and other related departments in the performance of their duties.
- Debt management system to manage the city’s outstanding debt. 
- It is envisioned that any new system will be able to handle all the debt, loans, LOCs and swaps that the office and department of finance use to finance the operations of the city, currently and in the future.
- The debt management software should have the ability to look at all the costs related to a bond issue (individually and collectively) and provide meaningful information to users.
- Budget: $9.7 billion
