911 Call Taking Phone System

The vendor is required to provide new cutting-edge next generation 911 (ng911) call center support the dynamic and demanding nature of 24/7 public safety operations, while also ensuring comfort, usability, and seamless integration of evolving technologies.
- Integrated equipment housing:
•    We do not require large cabinet-style consoles. 
•    Instead, all small form factor pcs (for cad, radio, phone, etc.) should be housed within the console itself to maximize desktop workspace and increase operator storage capacity.
- Power and data management: 
•    All electrical and network cabling will be routed from ceiling-mounted junction boxes and cable trays. 
•    The vendor must design a power and data solution housed within the consoles, including power poles and internal cable routing systems.
- Shared control systems: 
•    Agency provides master control for jail cameras and doors. 
•    We seek vendor input on the optimal placement and accessibility of shared control stations or monitors to allow multiple operators to view and interact with these systems efficiently.
- Monitor configuration:
•    Each console must be capable of supporting six (6) or more monitors, including compatibility with high-resolution displays such as the dell ultra-sharp u2723qe (with picture-by-picture functionality) and the lg 27un850-w and 27up850-w. 
•    The design should also allow for optional integration of a 42-inch monitor or other display combinations, depending on operational needs. 
•    Monitor mounts must offer flexible positioning and cable management to accommodate a variety of configurations across different console station we welcome your participation in this endeavor to create a more efficient and comfortable environment for our dedicated team of professionals. 
•    Your innovative solutions and expertise will contribute to the seamless operation of our new communications center.
