The Vendor is required to provide a secure test security incident reporting portal (TSIRP) for districts to enter incidents surrounding potential test security violations that occur during state testing.
- Generate a unique Incident ID number for each incident.
- Automatically generate date and time incident is entered.
- Sign on page for each district’s district test coordinator (DTC) with a secure login name and password
- Allow the authorized district personnel to input information into the following fields using a drop-down menu:
• District
• School
• School Year
• Testing Program/Subject
• Assessment Grade Level
• Date of Incident
- The Portal will provide an electronic means for districts to report this mandated information.
- It is imperative that a new test security incident reporting portal (TSIRP) can handle a large influx of data at one time across the state with minimal outage situations occurring that may potentially hinder this process.
