The vendor is required to provide financial software system to install the system utilizing the vendor to provide all services, including software, installation, process discovery, training, project management, interfaces, conversion assistance, maintenance, and support.

1. Financial management
•    Tyler fund balance
o    Accounts payable
o    Accounts receivable
o    Cashiering
o    General ledger and bank reconciliations
•    Microsoft excels
o    Bank reconciliations
o    Financial and ad hoc reporting.
- Financial management
•    General ledger
o    Bank reconciliations
o    Accounts payable
o    Accounts receivable and miscellaneous billing
o    Cashiering and payment processing
o    Financial reporting.
