• Provide some information about your system functions, to include descriptions and screenshots of user interfaces for system users or admins.
• System’s ability to:
o Encrypt data and keep data secure.
o Provide user support (to include availability, type of support provided, etc.).
o The system administrator to define security roles and grant access to various system functions.
- Constituent access
• The workflow of your solution for constituents submitting requests (including any notifications, automatic responses, tracking the status of requests, attaching files, etc.) through various channels (online, mobile, in-person, over the phone).
• The capabilities your system has for tracking constituent contact information and historical requests.
- Staff portal
• The staff portal functionalities for your solution (to include workflows, auto-mations, notifications, queues, roles, etc.).
• The ability of your system to override workflows and escalate issues
• AI-based functionality within your system.
- Integrations section
• System integrates with other constituent relationship management systems
• Solution could support call centers in various departments within the county
• Solution integrates with social media platforms
• API access and support you provide to facilitate integration.
• Integrations other customers for your solution have found useful.
- System implementation and support
• Typical implementation process and the assistance that you provide, including gap analysis, software configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.
• Project management and professional services.
