The Vendor is required to provide secure, cloud-based survey and research data collection platform that supports institutional use by students, faculty, and staff for academic, administrative, and research purposes.
- Survey Creation and Design
• Must provide an intuitive web-based interface for creating, editing, and deploying surveys with no-code and advanced scripting options.
• Must support branching logic, skip logic, display logic, and question randomization.
• Must include collaboration features allowing multiple users with role-based permissions to co-author surveys.
• Must support multi-language surveys and automatic language detection.
• Must allow custom branding (logos, themes, and color schemes) aligned with university identity standards.
- Data Collection and Distribution
• Must support anonymous and authenticated survey modes, with authentication via Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML 2.0 or Shibboleth.
• Must allow multiple distribution channels, including email invitations, public links, QR codes, social media, and embedded website widgets.
• Must include participant management with reminder scheduling and contact list management.
• Must prevent multiple submissions when desired through unique survey tokens or respondent tracking.
- Analysis and Reporting
• Must provide real-time data visualization, dashboards, and exportable reports.
• Must support statistical analysis, cross-tabulation, and text analytics (e.g., sentiment analysis, word clouds).
• Must export to CSV, SPSS, and Excel, R, and JSON formats.
• Must allow automated reports and scheduled email distribution of analytics outputs.
- Integrations and Extensibility
• Must support integrations with:
o Learning Management Systems (D2L Brightspace)
o CRM platforms (Technolutions Slate, Salesforce)
o Student Information Systems (Ellucian Banner)
o Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Must include an API framework for integration and automation.

• Must include centralized administrative console for managing users, permissions, and usage analytics.
• Must support multiple user roles (Admin, Faculty, Student, Research Assistant, and Viewer).
• Must provide automated account provisioning via SSO or LDAP.
• Must offer 24/7 technical support, training resources, and knowledge base documentation?
• Must include institution-wide data retention and backup policies configurable by administrators.
