Video Chat Bot Service

The Vendor is required to provide for video chat bot service as part of the city tourism website.
- Functionality
•    Built-in recording tools to record short videos at a variety of locations in response to citizen inquiries and concerns
•    Video editing ability with upload capability to designated website(s), either City-hosted or Offeror provided
•    Offeror-provided webpages must be solely for City content and must be branded as such. At a minimum, this invitation should be obvious to webpage visitors. 
•    Web pages must mimic, and mirror city owned websites.
- Abilities
•    A dynamic, fully hosted, video blogging system that allows city staff to record video through built-in tools, edit as necessary, and upload to the city website or offeror’s website that can incorporate city's branding standards (e.g., logos, colors, etc.) For a cohesive look and feel between city's website and offeror’s website.
•    A method for citizens to ask questions or submit concerns while limiting their ability to engage in back and-forth, social media type communication and allow city staff to respond via a short video.
•    A teleprompter feature to assist city staff with preparing and recording video response scripts.
•    Must be able to receive and process recordings made through individual smartphones, tablets, and computers, regardless of model, as long as they are equipped with cameras and audio recording capabilities.
•    Simple and intuitive applications so that the majority of smartphones, tablets, and computer users can use the tool independently with minimal training.
•    User licenses should not limit how many city employees can record videos. However, limitations may be placed on users who edit and upload videos.
•    Chat and or search feature that uses artificial intelligence to search a selected URL for information.
•    Responds to customer inquiries with relevant information from provided source(s).
