The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive managed services for its PeopleSoft campus solutions 9.2 environment (People Tools 8.59.15), including technical support, maintenance, enhancements, and integration services.
- The Lead Consultant may be onsite or remote and the lead senior developer may be onsite, remote, or remote (Offshore), provided all security, confidentiality, and performance requirements are met. In addition to the Key Personnel roles, Proposers shall provide a staffing plan that must include sufficient staffing to ensure successful contract performance.

• Student Records
- Provide application support for agency PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Application including technical solution design (with consideration for AI and automation where applicable), development, testing and the migration of changes to Development/Test environments for validation prior to production deployment.
- 24x7 incident and problem resolution for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and custom bolt-on.
- Developing new features, objects, or business processes to address emerging needs or fill functional gaps.
- Creating or updating inbound and outbound integrations that enable PeopleSoft to exchange data with external systems.
- Preparing technical design, migration, and necessary support related documentation.
- The on-site resource(s) will be required to work a standard of 40 hours per week, per resource. On-site support must be provided Monday – Friday, from 8:30am – 5:30pm ET.
