- Ability for postal code analysis by show/season/event/date, etc.
- Ability for customers to update their profiles and retrieve customer on-line history if desired.
- System should check for duplicate accounts when account is entered during the entry process
- E-mail list management-should have the ability to import new accounts, while still eliminating duplicate accounts - Email integration
- System should be able to integrate with a CRM of our choosing.
- Canned reporting and flexible customer search
- System should be able to create standard templates for e-mail campaigns
- Ability to send existing clients a unique sign-on ID and not duplicate records
- Should have the ability to accept and record donations and gifts
