Substitute Teachers and Miscellaneous Staffing Solution

The Vendor is required to provide substitute teacher and miscellaneous staffing services to district.
- Services may include, but are not limited to:
•    Substitute teachers for grades Pre-K through 12
•    Teacher Assistant
•    District Teacher
•    District Teacher Assistant
•    Nurses
•    Other educational support personnel as required
- Ensure the system supports accurate reporting of teacher absences, fill rates, and billing reconciliation.
- Serve as the Employer of Record for all personnel, responsible for pay, withholdings, unemployment compensation, benefits (including Affordable Care Act compliance), and workers’ compensation.
- Utilize Absence Management by Frontline Technologies or an equivalent system capable of scheduling, tracking absences, and interfacing with District financial software.
- Provide pricing by staffing category (substitute teacher, instructional assistant, tutor, etc.).
