Location Data Analytics Software Platform

The vendor required to provide location data analytics (LDA) software platform to gain deeper insight into park attendance.
- System requirements
1. Platform licenses
•    Proposal should account for 5 admin users
•    Proposal should identify the cost to provision additional users
2. Scope of platform
•    Platform shall enable department to track attendance data across all existing state parks
•    Platform shall enable department to add new state park locations to monitor with no additional cost
•    Platform is able to be integrated with platform
3. Reporting
•    Platform should support custom reporting with integration to department data analytics platforms (tableau or power bi)
•    Data integrity
o    Biases and anomalies must be accounted for and removed from extrapolations
o    Provide a concise summary of the types of raw data sources utilized to enable transparency and address internal or external privacy questions.
•    Support the creation of automated reports for each state property showing current and historical attendance data
o    Provide a dedicated point of contact for custom report creation
•    Reporting must provide statistically valid data including but not limited to the following:
o    Frequency of visit
o    Length of stay
o    Unique visitor count
•    Platform should be able to support the creation of visual data analysis products such as heat maps, overlays, slicers
•    Historical data
o    Platform should have a process for importing historical data for at least a 5-year period
o    Reporting should be able to integrate historical and current data
•    Data export
o    Reporting should be able to be exported using standard file types (csv, xlsx, json)
4. Support
•    Account support structure to address implementation, customer support, maintenance, and technical support
o    Proposal shall have a dedicated point of contact for department account
o    Proposal shall have defined escalation paths to resolve service issues
o    Proposal shall have a training program for department users and make available relevant documentation for review.
o    Provide tools for onboard and train new users such as training guides, sops, and documentation libraries.
