Labor Market Information Software Platform

The vendor required to provide labor market information platform software must possess at minimum, the following features:
•    24-7 (system maintenance notwithstanding) access to platform and all features via commonly used web browsers 
•    Historical and current employment and unemployment statistics by the north american industry classification system (NAICS) and standard occupational classification (SOC) 
•    Staffing patterns and inverse staffing patterns 
•    Projected growth according to user-defined intervals 
•    Replacement demand (exits and transfers) 
•    Occupational wages 
•    Demographic data such as population counts, age, gender, and race and ethnicity, educational attainment 
•    Job posting analytics including original job ad text and the ability to query postings by keywords, dates, industries, occupations, skills, certifications, employers, etc. 
•    A database of regional employers including company names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, industry, estimated employees, etc. 
•    Historical and current postsecondary educational institution awards 
•    Commuter patterns and employment by place of work and place of residence 
•    The ability to export data, maps, and images in various file formats (excel, .csv, word, pdf, .png, .jpg)
•    Easy access to technical documentation describing data reference periods, sources (unless proprietary), variables, definitions, etc. 
•    The following geographies: national, state, metropolitan area, municipalities, counties, zip codes, and optionally census tracts and blocks 
•    Training and technical support throughout the life of the subscription
•    A minimum of four (4) licenses, login credentials and permitted users as part of the subscription, including administrative privileges for two (2) users who can request the addition or removal of users as needed, not to exceed the maximum number of user login credentials provided.
