• System access
• Counties and department should have basic system access, allowing them to input key information and research owner-occupancy credits and homestead exemptions.
• Review new and existing services
• Include the ability to promptly research and verify the validity of both current and new applications for owner-occupancy credits or homestead exemptions.
• Data reporting features
• Include appropriate reporting mechanisms, analysis and supporting documentation for improper credits and exemptions to be provided to both the counties and department.
