The vendor required to provide digital platform maintenance and enhancement software will continue to serve as a centralized platform for managing nutrient management plans, bmp tracking, verification, reporting, and financial obligations associated with agency program participation.
- Includes, but is not limited to, the following areas of work:
• System maintenance: maintain all existing my farms functions, ensuring continuous operation and integrity.
• System support: provide technical support and troubleshooting for district staff, and all other system users.
• System enhancements: collaborate with department to develop and deploy improvements that enhance usability, expand program capabilities, or address updated policy and reporting needs.
• User experience: maintain and continuously improve user interface design to accommodate a range of user types and technical skills.
• Reporting: ensure the continued operation and accuracy of reporting functions, dashboards, and data export tools used for program tracking and analysis.
• Data security: ensure the platform continues to comply with all applicable state policies, including data security, privacy, and accessibility requirements.
